UniTrack includes a built-in marketplace where organizations can list products for sale and offer professional services to other companies on the platform. It's a great way to monetize surplus inventory, find service providers, discover curated deals, and connect with other businesses through an integrated inquiry system.
Sell pre-owned or new items to other businesses.
Navigate to Marketplace → Products and click + New Listing. Enter the product title, description, price, and select a Category (categories support parent-child hierarchy for organized browsing). Set the product Condition — choose from Brand New, Like New, Good, Fair, or For Parts/Not Working.
Add multiple product images. Mark one as the Primary Image — this is the hero photo displayed in listing cards. High-quality images in order of importance help buyers make quick decisions.
Listings go through statuses: Draft → Active → Sold (or Expired/Removed). Start as Draft while you perfect the description, then publish to make it Active. Once sold, click Mark as Sold.
Offer your professional services or find agencies to help you grow.
Go to Marketplace → Services and click + New Service. Describe what your team offers (e.g., "Custom iOS & Android App Development"), select a service category, and set your pricing. This is your digital storefront visible to all UniTrack organizations.
Looking for help? Search and filter service listings by category. Review provider descriptions, pricing, and past work to find the right fit for your project.
Connect with buyers and sellers through a built-in messaging system.
Found a product or service you're interested in? Click Inquire on the listing page. Write your message (questions about the item, pricing negotiation, availability) and send it. The seller receives a notification.
Go to Marketplace → Inquiries to see all inquiries you've received on your listings. Click Respond to reply to potential buyers. This creates a private conversation thread for each inquiry.
Go to Marketplace → Messages to view and manage all your ongoing conversations with buyers and sellers. Each inquiry thread is a real-time chat where you can negotiate, ask questions, and finalize details before making a deal.
Go to Marketplace → My Listings to manage all your active product and service listings in one place — edit, remove, or mark items as sold.
Curated promotions and special offers with enhanced visibility.
The Featured Deals section showcases curated offers — special promotions, discounted services, or highlighted product bundles. These promoted listings get extra visibility across the marketplace homepage.
Go to Marketplace → Manage Featured (visible to platform admins) and click + Create Featured Deal. Add a title, description, pricing, images, and call-to-action links. Featured deals are displayed prominently on the marketplace and can drive traffic to your listings or external pages.
